I've seen the guitar tabbed very differently, but this seems like the most logical way to play it. A very important part that people forget is the bouncing pattern between Em and Em7. I think there's also a Gsus4 in the measure with the G that should be played the same way. The piano bounces between D and E the entire song, but at two different octaves. The bass has a few variations, but it plays the same pattern throughout. The brass and string arrangements are straightfoward. I left out the bongos and the backing vocals from this tab, but I did do every other instrument I could hear.
